I got a used Sidekick Slide and Im trying to use Sidekick Prepaid Tmobile with it. I changed the plan to Sidekick Prepaid, but when I turn on the Sidekick, it gives me two options:New User or Login. When I go to New User, at the end, it says that it is already registered. When I go to Login, I can't change the username. Please Help!

How do you master reset your Sidekick Slide?
